Collins will come off the bench, while Burton has been chosen to play in crosses ahead of Graham who will sit outside Jack Wighton on the wing.

Cleary takes the place of Daly Cherry-Evans at halfback, while Martin and Yeo will take their places in the back row and at lock respectively.

Cherry-Evans remains on the side as the 18th man, while Cowboys young gun Jeremiah Nanai was named the 19th man.

Meninga explained that this clash will also serve as a selection trial, hoping to finalize his team beyond the group stage.

“It was ideal for the Grand Final players to rest up for in the opening match, and I can’t wait to see them play against Scotland,” Meninga said in a statement.
