Texas Tech welcomed Janine Beckie back to Lubbock on Saturday August 14 after former Red Raider helped Canada win gold in Tokyo. Beckie, who is the all-time leading scorer in tech history with 57, currently plays professionally for Manchester City FC. Canada won the gold medal with a shootout victory over Sweden in the championship game.
Tech returns home on Thursday, October 7 to face the state of Oklahoma.
