Rank Group launches its search for a new CFO
London-listed games operator Rank Group is seeking a new CFO following the resignation of Bill Floydd.

He joined Rank as CFO in November 2018 and was appointed to the Board of Directors on May 1, 2019.
“Bill has been a great CFO since joining Rank shortly after I arrived in 2018 and I’ll be sad to see him go,” Rank CEO John O’Reilly said. “He helped secure the cash flow and the future of the group during the pandemic and will leave Rank in excellent financial shape.
“I wish Bill all the best in his next endeavor and look forward to getting his replacement in the next few months.”
Floydd added: “I really enjoyed my time at Rank and I think now is a good time to grab my next opportunity.
“While the past 18 months have been an amazing time for everyone, I have no doubts that Rank will grow stronger now that he is open for business again and that John and his team continue to execute the transformation agenda. of the group. “
Rank’s board of directors will soon begin a search for a successor to Floydd, who is expected to leave the group at the end of the year.
Actions in Rank Group plc (LSE: RNK) were trading slightly down 0.67% to 178.80 pence a share in London earlier Thursday.
